Production Assistant: Mock-up Department

The mock-up department is essential in transforming our creative concepts into tangible products for sales presentations. Our team members craft high-quality samples on-site, bringing graphic designs to life with excellent craftsmanship, 3D visualization skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.

Part-time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Product Management / Product Development Assistant to support our Product Team in various tasks related to the comprehensive management of the product life cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help draft preliminary product specifications and prepare final product measures.

  • Update information in presentations and maintain necessary files for product submissions.  

  • Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the product management / development functions.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Clickup) is a plus.

  • An interest in product management, technology, and understanding user needs.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
